PITA
This program sounds all cute and fun...and it is just that! This program models Flash - you can create custom animations and save them as individual frames or avi movies. Pita is an MFC application with a dash of OpenGL. P(ain) I(n) T(he) A(ss) was created by my group for my Animation Software Design course at the U of R. It's a basic program, so you can only manipulate basic shapes, but one day it will pass Flash as THE animation giant as soon as I revive this ALMOST finished, 5 year old program!!
Don't just take my word for it, try it HERE.

Cocktail
This program sounds like it is light and colourful. In reality it is cold and dark, and features my good old buddy Bob. This program allows you to view Bob's dead head (did I mention he is dead??) in a 3D environment - tilt, turn, and zoom - and was created in my Computer Graphics CS grad course. Again, this is an MFC application that uses C++ and OpenGL for the graphics. Soon my program will make its way to a Radiology department in a hospital near you (I can just picture the money I will be swimming in). Actually, if you check out my Pic of the Day for Monday, November 19th, you'll see how this snazzy little app got its name :) Note: it may take a few seconds to render, so please be patient!
Can you see dead people? If not, click HERE.
